Hi, I'm Yen!

I am a professional photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Since I was young, I have always loved taking photos and now I get to share that passion to everyone! :)

I have always enjoyed capturing the joy in every photo and I love capturing all the intimate moments in between the big ones and making the imperfect photos look perfect. I love that every session I do is different and it excites me that I could be part of telling your stories that will last for generations to come.

As you look through my portfolio, you will see that I love mixing film and grainy aesthetics with depth and elegance. I love colours popping through here and there and I am a big lover of black and white aesthetic. For every session, please expect that there will be no forced, awkward and funny poses no matter how shy you are. I want you to be as comfortable as possible and most of all I would like you to have fun! If you pick me to be your photographer, I will be the best hype girl you've ever had!
